because immediately after cooking bacterias will find a way to invade the food with zero competition the reason for this microorganisms existence is cooked food has more moisture content ,high temperature and high acid range because of this food spoils

The bacteria which keeps food good for a long time will be killed when it is cooked. So, cooked food will be spoiled soon
