Dipole moment is of NF3 is less than NH3 due to its structure as in NF3 florine is has more electronegativity than nitrogen it will attract the electrons towards itself and the loan pair electron of nitrogen attracts towards itself both apply oppsite for making its dipole movement less while in NH3 all the arrows are in one direction increasing its dipole movement
