why the DNA copying is always accompanied by additional cellular apparatus

Since a single cell divides to form two daughter cells, so the new cells produced need all the cellular apparatus to carry out the functions separately. Hence, DNA copying is accompanied by the creation of an additional cellular apparatus so as to distribute them equally among the new daughter cells.
