According to Guass law, flux = charge encl.÷ epsilon

and also wkt flux is zero inside the metallic conductor since charge encl. inside the Guassian surface, which is inside the spherical conductor is zero.

so Δflux = 0 hence electric field is zero, if electric field is zero, then no work is needed to be done to displace the charge, so ΔV=0 thus electrostatic pot. is constant throughout the vol. of conductor
