Because of force of attraction of nucleus ....it does not allow the electrons ....to go ...and that why they revolve around the nucleus

Electron is revolving because by revolving around the nucleus the attraction forces between the nucleus and electron are balanced by centrifugal force of moving electron and atoms become a stabilised entity.
