The emperor asked Gulliver to foil Blefuscudian invasion against them. Gulliver planned a strategy to capture their fleet. He procured a higher quantity of cable and iron bars. He fixed them and drowned the Blefuscudian ships. After this, the emperor wanted him to Totally shatter this might Empire by bringing by bringing the Blefuscudian ships. But Gulliver refuse to tow the line of the emperor. This annoyed the emperor.
