Why the equitorial low pressure belt experiences conventional rainfall?

It is seen equatorial countries like Gabon, Indonesia, Singapore, Kenya etc receive high rainfall as compared to their counterparts in tropics. This raining is not for a month or a season, it is almost evenly distributed throughout the year with 21-23 wet days in a month. What may be the scientific reason for the same.
