why the following countries cannot be called democratic give reason Saudi and Faizi and Estonia

. Saudi cannot be called a democratic country because men were allowed to vote but women were not allowed so.

. In Estonia russian people were migrated in Estonia for a long time but then also they were not allowed to vote.

. In Fizi many Indians were migrated to Fizi,Indians were allowed to vote but ther votes were not counted as equal to Fizi people.
