Why the food containing iron salt should not be cooked in aluminium utensils explain with reason?

aluminum is a highly reactive element it reacts with almost every other element to perform displacement reaction.when food containing iron salt is cooked in aluminum,it reacts with iron and produce any other product that even can be harmful to us.
