why the foot of a man is injured when he hits a stone?

Newton’s third law states: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

When you hit the stone, equal force is applied on your toe as well. Stone being strong does not get affected, but your toe is comparatively fragile. As a result this force hurts your toe.
