Hello friend,

Good question !

Here is your answer:-

Why is forest conservation important?

Forest conservation is the protecting of trees and planting more trees in order to save the Earth from the crisis of oxygen.

Why is it important?

Forests are the most important part of our life. Without forests we can't even live as they are the only producers of oxygen on the Earth. Without forests we can't even get wood to build buildings and furniture. We also can't get paper if there are no trees. So despite of hundreds of benefits, why should we cut more trees than we plant ?

Cutting trees is necessary to make all of the above mentioned but we should also plant trees to fill up the gap by cutting. If one day all the trees are cut and exhaust, then how would we be able to survive?

That's why because of so many hundreds of reasons forest conservation and tree planting is more important than any other thing in this age of reducing trees.

More to know

Many movements have been taken until till date to save trees including the most biggest movement : Chipko movement in which all the people of Himachal Pradesh are hugging their trees to not be cut and slowly it had spread in whole india to save trees.

hope it helps you.....
