Because sodium hydrogencarbonate is also known sodium bicarbonate.
Bicarbonate is another term for hydrogen carbonate

it is the other of name of the sodium hydrogen carbonate.... the reason why it is called as sodium bicarbonate is as follows ...The "Bi" refers to the observation by early chemists that sodium bicarbonate has twice as many carbonate ions per sodium ion as sodium carbonate... so generally both are same and have same formula
