why the frequency of dc is zero​

the frequency, which usually is 50/60 Hz. It's because, if it has a frequency(other than zero), it won't be DC anymore. Frequency is number of cycles per second, going according to this definition, DC is considered to be current/voltage of zero frequency.

because dc current does not change its phase and hence there is no question of frequency.
