why the fruits change thir colour green to own colour​

Unripe fruits are green because of chlorophyll in their cells. As they ripen, the chlorophyll breaks down and is replaced by orange carotenoids and red anthocyanins. These compounds are antioxidants that prevent the fruit from spoiling too quickly in the air.

unripe fruit is green in colour because it have more chlorophyll because it need to synthesis more food

when the fruit get ripped it changes it's colour because at that time fruit stored its food
