Why the fuse is always located on the live wire and not the neutral wire?

if it is in the neutral wire the current passes through the device and then go to fuse .

then the device will be destroyed and my due also.

A fuse wire is a safety connected in series with the live wire, in case of any large current supply or malfunctioning in the electric connections it melts and breaks the electric circuit.
