why the girls in some areas are not fully independent?

Girls in some areas are not fully independent because in those areas only boys are thought to be the future of the family, and get all the rights.. Only boys are allowed to do outside boys whereas girls have do household things.

girls in most area is not independent. the main reason is short thinking girls r not study in scls so girls are not independent
