why the gravitational pull of moon attracts only the water present in oceans why not other things

hmm, it certainly does but it's not as strong as our earth's gravitational pull and for an example human are much weigher than water and moon needs more gravity to pull us towards it and as water is less weigher it is pulled up easier by the moon

It affects everything. Since water bodies are usually large, the effect is much more visible. Tidal forces are interestingly tangent to the death's surface. (;
