Healthy and educated people  are liable to the country because they think that only healthy and  educated people can develope the country and they can do something for the country in such as professional way and only they can think only they can think  ,do etc whether they are capable or not but people think its a mentality and fixed mind set of those people who have same thought regarding to it .
