why the heart present in left side of the body

It's not on the left side . It is present between our two lungs above diaphragm. It's left ventricle has the strong beat than other chambers of heart so it feels to us that heart is present on the left side.

The actual fact is the human heart is located in the thoracic cavity, just above the diaphragm. The base of the heart is along the body's mid-line. But 2/3rd of the heart's mass is found on the left side of the body and 1/3rd is found on the right side.
