Reasons :-

1. herbivores have to digest a lot of cellulose object that is grass wild coronavirus are eating meat which is the only made of fats and proteins .
2. herbivores don't have enzymes to digest that complex cellulose but while are you have more Complex enzymes which can digest more Complex proteins and fats those are converted into amino acids and glycerol
