why the house in Jammu and Kashmir is movable and few houses are permanent

The houses in Jammu and Kashmir are mainly made up of wood, tent etc. These are light weighted and mobile i.e. can be carried from place to place. But our houses are made up of bricks, cement, steel, glass. These are very strong and mobile i.e. cannot be shifted from one place. These are permanent......
