why the hybridistion of CH3 is SP3​

CH3 is a methyl radical, which is formed by removal of a hydrogen atom from methane. The hybridization state of carbon in *CH3 is still SP³ even though there are three hydrogen atoms to bond with four unpaired electron in the hybridized orbitals.
