Hi there!
Years ago typewriters (later developed into Keyboards) were arranged in the Alphabetic Arrangement of letters.
With a period of time,
Some levers of the typewriter could not hit in time to take their place.
Resulted adjoining levers started sticking to one another causing mistakes. This caused clinging and jam-up.
To save the time and money on the re-designing, they thought to jumble up the Order of the letters.
Which lead to invention of QWERTY keyboards...
Cheers!
