Why the last two lines repeated at the end of the poem "stopping by woods in the snowy evening"

The lines are repeated because these lines tell us that though the poet is tempted by the looms of woods and the surroundings but he is not denying his duty,he is still going to go to do his duty.

May be it is refrain. I can't give you the right answer becoz i didn't read the poem but it is may be a refrain.
