why the light of moon is not twinkle as it is above the atmosphere?but why the stars are twinkle as it above the atmosphere?​

Hi !

Moon does not emit its own light ! It reflects light from sun so it's not that powerful .

For simpler example . Take a torch light flash it on mirror , you see the flash light only to dazzle.

But not the mirror because it reflects
