Why the Loo is unwelcomed by farmers while the Kalbaisakhi is welcomed?​

Kalbaisakhi causes heavy rainfall and due to rain the crops grow very well. On the other hand, Loo is nothing but warm and dry winds which are not helpful for the farmers. That's why farmers welcome Kalbaisakhi.
