Why the maas is same everywhere wheraeas weigjt is not why?

Mass is the amount of matter in a body. It remains constant whether you are anywhere in the cosmos. Weight is the force with which a body is attracted to the centre of the planet. As Acceleration produced due to gravitational force is not the same everywhere, weight of an object also does not remain constant and is variable.
