because he is arranged in such a manner that some of new elements predicted befor which are found later ..and he given space for those elements....and he is able to arranged in their pproperties...

Mendeleev periodic table was accepted because the periodic table consist space for the undiscovered elements and atomic mass of many elements was also corrected and even the properties of some elements were told in advance.
