why the milk colour of cow is yellow.

Bcz it contains a colouring pigment called Beta-Carotene(a cartenoid which is percussor of vitamin A)

Cow milk contains a colouring pigment called beta carotine.
It is yellowish because it contains xanthophyll , riboflavine, etc.
It colour is yellow because of presence of high fat content of butter and due to eating of grass by cow.
