The modern periodic table is a better way of classifying elements because
1. All the elements are arranged according to their atomic number hence solving the problem regarding Isotopes
2. There is a group showing metalloids
3. unknown elements can be added in future
4. The unknown elements carry the properties similar to other elements in the same group therefore it will be easy to study those elements .
