Why the moon does not fall in the earth because earth is pulling the moon by its gravitational

Because both earth have no too much garavity capacity which attract moon towards it

Gravitational force.Moon does fall towards the earth, but the force by which the moon stays in the orbit is well greater than the gravitational force.
