Why the narmada and tapi do not form deltas?

the narmada and tapi are rivers of south India...so they flow from the deccan trap region ... which is hard and Rockey... so their flow is gentle and smooth.. so they do not form deltas....


again they are are seasonal rivers ...so their flow is gentle... so they do not form deltas....
