I am very glad to answer this question because,The answer is not yet discovered by the scientists yet.
Nerve cells are incapable of regeneration if once they are damaged. So,this may become a huge problem for the people who damages their nerves. This damage to nervous system can lead a person to be paralyzed. These broken nerves can't regenerate their neurons to fix themselves.
The only thing that one should do is not to damage their nerves with any type of work.
