Why the oxygen is more at the surface area of earth while comparing with the mountain is oxygen is attract by our earth through gravitation

The atomic mass of oxygen is about 32 a.m.u. Hence, it's heavy enough to be attracted by the earth's gravitational force....Moreover since it is heavier it is present in the lower layers of the atmosphere...making it available for us.

At mountainous regions the air gets thinner as the gravitational force decreases and so the presence of oxygen
