Why the partition of India happened in 1947?(60 words)

This partition happened because of the political reasons. The Muslim League boycotted from the Congress. They thought that it wasn't easy to manage the whole country as one. In order to avoid this problem, they thought to make a separate state, Pakistan. When this happened after Independence, people were there who spreaded rumours, which led to destruction. These people spread the news all over the country that this partition is due to the Hindu - Muslim conflicts.
