why the percentage of oxygen in air ,dissolved in water, is higher than the percentage of oxygen in ordinary air

it's because in water there are be only two dissolved gasses i.e., oxygen and hydrogen but air is a mixture of a number of gasses.

So the percentage of oxygen dissolved in water is higher than the percentage of oxygen in ordinary air
