the plains are densely because of
1)they consist large plane of alluvial soil and the deposition of alluviam
2)alluviam in a vast basin lying at the Foothills of the Himalaya over millions of year make this plain
3)they are made up of three major river systems Indus ,Ganga and Brahmaputra along with their tributaries
4)these help in increasing agricultural produce
5)they have alluvial deposits which makes the land fertile and good for cultivation
6)the rivers flowing through them provide water for irrigation
