Structurally, plant and animal cells are very similar because they are both eukaryotic cells. ... Beyond size, the main structural differences between plant andanimal cells lie in a few additional structures found inplant cells. These structures include: chloroplasts, thecell wall, and vacuoles.

The key difference between plant and animal cells lies in thestructural differences. Plant cells are rectangular wheres animal cells are round and plant cells contain chloroplasts, a cell wall, and vacuoles while animal cells do not. ... Many organelles within each cell are membrane-bound.

Plant cell is different from Animal cell.
In plant cell, there is cell wall which is not there in animal cell. Plant cell helps in giving strength to the plants and helps to survive in different kinds of environment as the plant cannot move or walk like animals who can take care of themselves from the harsh environments.

Also, Plants are autotrops so they contain plastids which contain chlorophyll. Animals are heterotrops so they don't need plastids as they depend on food whereas plants are the one who make food.
