Ans : Generally, many plants contain chlorophyll. The chlorophyll is contained by plant cells' chloroplasts. This chlorophyll is green in colour as it absorbs blue and red light and gets reflected itself. Therefore, by containing this chlorophyll plants gets green colour and they appear green in colour.
