The poet decided to take the second road because he wants to experience the things which is chosen by few,he wants to choose a way different from others.

Though not at all, because that way was walked by few people whereas the first road was chosen by many.

The poet decided to take the less traveled road because it attracted the poet more. This road had been less traveled, yet the poet took the risk.  

The choice of taking the less traveled road made all the difference. The choice led to his success and happy times. The road led him to wonderful changes in his life he had been in search of for a long time.
