in case of developed countries, the people are aware of the population pressure and problems. in addition the cost of living is also high in developed nations. people cant afford many babies. so the population is in control.
in case of developing and underdeveloped countries, there is a lot of poverty. parents produce babies so that the babies can be used for begging. that is the bitter truth. even I could not digest this fact but it was told by a begger in an survey. there is lack of family planning. There is not high burden of maintenance of the baby.
