Why the rate of evaporation of an aqueous solution decreases with is the rate of with increase in humidity

humidity is the amount of water present in atmosphere and atmosphere can hold a fixed amount of water in it, so when there is alredy water present in atmosphere it cant take more water and hence reduce rate of evaporation
