Why the students are not able to read the english text book properly ?suggest some ways by which we can motive the students to develope reading skill?

It is so because some students are not so fluent in English and end up regretting later .
Best way to overcome is to correct the mistake , always take help of a dictionary and try to read more and more books and novels . Also they may converse in English as much as possible
