Why the Sun rises two hours before in Arunachal Pradesh than in Gujrat?

as we know that the sun rises in the east so , the first rise of sun starts from the east side of India . Because of the vast distance between east and west of India , sun rises 2 hours late in Gujarat ( as compared to the Arunachal Pradesh ) .

Hence , the time difference between east ( Arunachal Pradesh ) and west ( Gujarat ) is 2 hours .
