*supreme court is called the guardian of the constitution becoz it is the highest court of appeal and once the decisions are taken in supreme cort , no other cort has the right tochange or rectify those decisions and only the constitution has the power to decline or caancel the decisions if they feel that decisions are not correct and need to be rectified*
