surface area of cuboid is 2(lb+by+HL)not of rectangle
here is why
We know that cuboid has 6 rectangular faces
are of rectangle is l*b
surface area is the total surface area
then top surface area = l*b
bottom surface area=l*b
side surface area = 2(l*h) {because there are 2sides}
front and back = 2(b*h) including both
so we have total surface area= 2lb +2lh +2bh
factoring it in a simple way = 2(lb+by+LH)
proved
hope it helps mark it brainliest
