BECAUSE TIME IS NOT A PART OF SPACE YOU CAN'T CHOOSE ANY ORIGIN POINT (THINK WITH GRAPHS) THUS THERE IS NO NEGATIVE SIDE TO IT.

AND why not simple uncomplicated something that can be easily understood a basic requirement for such an important dimensions .
