Why the transparent glass of windows,if not wiped off regularly appears hazy?

Answer:

The temperature of transparent glass window are cooler as compared to the atmosphere. So, when the atmospheric water vapour condenses in the glass they turn to water. If they are wiped regularly, the water gets wiped away. So, they appear hazy when not wiped regularly.
