Why the tyres carrying inflammable are made slightly conducting?

The tyres of aircraft are made slightly conducting because friction between the tyre and the road which might lead to accumulation of charges on the tyre and if tyre are conductor then the charge produced is transferred to Earth and aircraft has became safe.
