why the value of cos theta decreases as the theta increases?​

Answer: As the angle increases from 0° to 90°, the sine increases from 0 to 1. As the angle increases from 0° to 90°, the cosine decreases from 1 to 0. Again you have an angle of 0° and a side with length 0.
